A repeat DWI offender was sentenced to 51 months last week in Pine County.
40-year-old Ryan Brosius of Stillwater was handed that sentence after he was pulled over in September and clocked in at three times the blood alcohol legal limit.
Numerous reports from drivers said the man was driving erratically on I-35 beginning in Duluth until he was stopped by a state trooper in Pine County.
Brosius had been given sentencing breaks in previous convictions in other counties but did not receive that in Pine despite asking.
