Pine County’s Toys for Tots are looking for volunteers to help sort, count, and distribute the over 3,000 toys that have been collected this year.
Volunteers are needed on Thursday, December 13 between 4 and 8 p.m to unpack the toys.
On Friday, December 14 people are needed to bag toys for Lakes and Pines from 9 a.m. to noon.
Then on Saturday, December 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. volunteers are needed to help distribute the toys.
All of this is happening at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Pine City.
Volunteers do not need to sign up in advance. You can just show up to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and sign a form to begin volunteering.
Samuelson expects Toys for Tots to serve nearly 800 children this year.
