Isanti County Administrator Julia Lines will step down from her role with the county in March.
Lines first started serving as the county’s administrator in January of 2020. Prior to her role in government, she had most recently worked as the director of administrative services and human resources for Cambridge Isanti School for a five-year span.
In a written statement, Lines said she is excited to return to litigation, where she started her career before entering the public sector.
She added that she’s proud of accomplishments made in increasing customer service and efficiency, and that it’s been an honor to serve Isanti County for the past three years.
It has been an absolute honor to serve Isanti County for the past three years. While this role has brought challenges, the rewards have far exceeded those, and I could not be more grateful for this opportunity. Working alongside an amazing team, I am proud of what we accomplished, with the primary goal of increasing customer service and efficiency. With all that being said, I am excited to get back into litigation, which is where I started my career before entering the public sector. I will always look back on this time with gratitude, and I will do everything I can to ensure a smooth transition for the employees and residents of Isanti County.
