Kanabec County is looking for community input on internet availability for the area.
In an effort to help bring better reliable broadband internet to the area, Kanabec County, along with Atkin & Pine County and The Mille Lacs Tribal Economy, are conducting a survey to learn about residents’ internet needs and experiences.
Many rural residents and businesses experience some of the worst broadband in Minnesota with Kanabec County ranking dead last amongst counties.
The short survey includes questions about current home internet and use of and satisfaction with current broadband services.
Surveys can be completed online on the Kanabec County website or Facebook page or paper copies can be found at the county courthouse. You can also click the link below to access the survey.
The survey is available until May 21st.
