Isanti Moving Forward with Brookview Additions Street Project

The Isanti City Council heard on a feasibility study for their South Brookview Additions Improvements project during their meeting early last week.

The proposed project would look to rework a 12 block area covering Brookview, Marion, Nina & Page Street from Highway 23 to 6th Ave SW, with an estimated cost of roughly $744,000.

The project would also look to add a new 5 foot concrete sidewalk on the north side of South Brookview Lane which would complete the system loop.

A public hearing on the project is expected to be held on March 1st. The project is expected to start in April and wrapped up by November.
