A bright and positive voice in the Rush City community was lost on Monday, December 11th, as Robert 'Bob' Oscarson died at the age of 75.
Oscarson served on the city council until he was forced to resign due to health complications in October.
During Monday night's city council meeting, a moment of silence was given to honor the late husband and father.
Pastor Glen Bickford will officiate funeral services for Bob: 11 AM: Saturday (12/16/17) at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Rush City.
A time of visitation and reviewal is planned Friday (12/15/17) from 5-8 PM at the Olson Funeral Chapel in Rush City and also one hour prior to the service at the church. The interment will take place at First Lutheran Cemetery in Rush City.
Memorials are suggested to one of Bob's favorite organizations; Rush City Senior Dining.
