Braham Softball Starts Season in Florida

The Braham Bombers softball team has touched down in sunny Florida today to get preparation in for the upcoming season. The girls are gone on a Spring Break trip until April 3rd. While the trip may see some fun sprinkled among the training, the girls are looking forward to working outside on some techniques.

The team is coming off a 16-8 finish last season that saw them finish just shy of making the State Tournament in Section 5A. The Bombers fought back from the play-back bracket in the double elimination tournament to fall to Sebeka 9-3. Braham finished 2nd in the conference behind the Rush City Tigers.

Braham should be sitting in a similar position as they return six starters from last year's team. Coach Swanson said the girls are excited to get back to work and ready for the upcoming season.
