More updates were released this week about the timeline and road closures for Pine County’s I-35 Construction project this summer.
Alternating north and southbound single lane closures are expected through October, but MnDOT doesn’t anticipate at any point a total closure of both lanes either direction. In addition, crews are expected to begin the concrete overlay and Snake River Bridge replacements on May 28th.
Despite the historic snowstorm that ripped through the region last weekend, the construction should proceed on schedule.
