Boys Tennis
After sitting through over 9 hours of rain delay yesterday, the Pine City Dragons boys tennis team was finally able to compete in the Section 6A Boys Tennis Tournament.
The Dragons started the day at St. Ben's University taking on the #5 seed St. Cloud Cathedral/St. John's Prep. Their private school opponents from St. Cloud were no match for the Dragons as Pine City would win the semifinal match 7-0.
In the championship match the Dragons from Pine City would fall to the Dragons from Litchfield 5-2. This ended Pine City's very successful season.
