A Burnett County car chase has lead to the recovery of two guns and other property stolen.
According to the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office, occupants of the vehicle threw a gun from the car during the vehicle pursuit on Thursday, March 13.
It was the next day when the Siren Police Department learned from the suspects about the weapon which was then recovered on the following evening.
During the search for the first gun, the K9 tracker located a second gun. The second weapon, along with property in the vehicle, was listed stolen from a residence that was burglarized in early March.
