A semi driver is left with minor injuries after he was involved in a rollover crash in Taylors Falls Monday.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 8 and Highway 95. According to law enforcement, the semi traveled through a red light, served to avoid a vehicle, and came to rest on its side near a Casey's Gas Station.
In an interview with the Chisago County Sheriff's Office, the driver claimed his brakes gave out but did say he was using Bluetooth and was on the phone at the time of the crash.
The driver appeared to have minor injuries and was taken to St. Croix Hospital for evaluation.
The Minnesota State Patrol is conducting the investigation.
