The man charged in the drowning death of a 47-year-old Willow River man made his first appearance in a Pine County Court this week.
Preston Paul Prokasky has been charged with Vehicular Homicide after he told law enforcement that he intentionally drove his vehicle into the Kettle River on September 16 after using meth. His first court appearance was on Tuesday, September 24.
Prokasky is set to be back in court on November 1 at 1 p.m.
