Rush City Correctional Facility on Lockdown after Inmate Attack
The Minnesota Correctional Facility in Rush City, Minn. is still on lockdown after an inmate attacked three staff sending them to the hospital.
According to Communications and Media Relations Director Sarah Fitzgerald, the attack took place in the facility's dining hall on Monday at 6:30 p.m.
The two Sergeants and a Corrections Officer were taken to the hospital and released later that same evening.
The incident remains under investigation.
