A crash south of Mora sent two people to the hospital Thursday morning
According to the Kanabec County Sheriff’s Department, a vehicle struck an Amish horse and cart on Liberty Street around 10:30 that morning.
Two female passengers of the cart were transported to Welia Health with injuries, the driver of the vehicle was uninjured but was issued citations including inattentive driving.
The horse pulling the cart suffered a few cuts on the legs but otherwise sustained no other injuries.
