Crash in Mille Lacs Sends Two to the Hospital

A crash in Mille Lacs County sent two people to the hospital Friday afternoon.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Lincoln Zephyr was traveling westbound on Highway 23 in Borgholm Township when it attempted a left turn at 85th Avenue.

A Ford F250 was traveling eastbound on Highway 23 pulling a car trailer at the time, resulting in a broadside collision.

The two drivers, a 90-year-old male from Milaca and a 16-year-old male from Hillman, were taken to Princeton with non-life threatening injuries.
