The Minnesota Department of Transportation is warning drivers of further road closures as they continue their Highway 23 reconstruction this week.
Starting this week, detour changes in Foley will be closed to work beneath the intersection of Hwy 23 and Broadway Ave to replace city pipes. Detour signs will direct drivers either towards 4th Avenue or around Broadway Avenue until work is expected to be completed next week.
Further pipe replacement with also being taking place east of Foreston which will cause a hard closure east of the West Branch Rum River and west of 127th Avenue.
