A crash in Kanabec County leaves one dead and sends another to the hospital Thursday morning.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Dodge Ram pick-up was traveling northbound on Highway 65 in Peace Township when the vehicle crossed the centerline.
A Buick was traveling southbound at the time and the two vehicles collided head-on.
The driver of the Buick, a 58-year-old female from Finlayson, died at the scene.
A passenger in the pick-up, a 30-year-old male from Brook Park, was transported to Weila Health in Mora with non-life threatening injuries.
