A fatal crash took place in Mille Lacs County early Tuesday morning.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Highway 95 near 107th Avenue in Princeton Township.
The rider ended up hitting a deer on the roadway and slid and overturned before being thrown into the westbound lane.
A GMC Sierra with a trailer and a semi truck were also traveling westbound on Highway 95 and swerved to avoid the rider in the lane but the trailer and semi ended up striking the rider.
The motorcyclist, a 53 year old male from Princeton, was pronounced dead at the scene. The two other drivers suffered no injuries.
