From the Front Porch: Braham Superintendent Ken Gagner 7.22.25

• A school board meeting will be held on Monday, July 28.

• Boy’s hockey will join a cooperative with Mora and Milaca.

• Gagner gave a reminder to register with the school if you have a child going into kindergarten.

• Braham Area Schools is looking for three special education teachers and a paraprofessional.

• Flight 707 will be entering its third year. This means school will start at 9:00 on Mondays instead of 8:00.

• Back-to-school letters will be be sent out to students in early August.

• Practice for varsity football, volleyball, and all of cross country will start on August 11. Junior high football and volleyball practice will start on August 25.

• The fall musical is The Little Mermaid. And practice for that will start on August 11.

• The annual hog roast put on by the football program will be held on August 21 at 6:00pm.

• Gagner also gave a reminder to have a sports physical done if a student is due for one.
