A Harris man died in a fatal Mille Lacs County crash on Saturday morning.
According to the state patrol incident report, a Buick LaSabre was traveling eastbound on Highway 95, near 120th Avenue in Greenbush Township, just before noon.
The vehicle crossed the center line and collided with a Chevy Equinox.
The driver of the Buick, identified as 36-year-old Ulysses Chase, died in the crash. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
Three passengers, including two juveniles, were also not belted. All three were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Chevy, a 63-year-old Menomonie woman, was transported to Regions Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Two passengers, also from Menomonie and including one minor, were treated for non-life threatening injuries at Fairview Northland Medical Center.
