From the Minnesota Department of Transportation:
"Duluth, Minn. – Motorists will encounter lane closures March 2-6 on Highway 18 west of Finlayson.
Crews will be working on culvert repairs at Chelsey Brook, about 11 miles west of Finlayson. Repairs will be done March 2-6 between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Temporary, portable stoplights will be in place to direct traffic through the work area.
