A high speed pursuit in Isanti County resulted in multiple arrests on Friday night.
According to a press release, a patrol car in rural Isanti Township passed a vehicle driven by a man who appeared to be a suspect wanted for multiple felony-level warrants at about 8 p.m
When the patrol car turned to investigate, the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed, heading north on Highway 65.
The vehicle continued west on Highway 95, and Cambridge police officers aided in the pursuit as it moved to Highway 47.
Officers reported observing passengers in the fleeing vehicle discarding items consistent with drug-related materials.
The Minnesota State Patrol also assisted in the effort, and the pursuit ended near Bradford.
The driver was arrested for felony fleeing and reckless driving. The passengers were charged with 5th degree possession of a controlled substance.
