A man is in critical condition following a 30-foot fall from a rock face at Interstate State Park in Taylors Falls.
Chisago County Authorities said they received a 911 call just after noon on Friday stating the man was overlooking a ledge on 'Angle Rock' when he fell to the rocks just above the waterline of the St. Croix River.
The Technical Rescue team used boats and worked with paramedics to get the victim ashore so they could be transported to an area trauma center.
Responders thanked park goers who assisted in clearing a path and carry equipment during the rescue.
