The City of Mora officially has a new community development director in Angela Grafstrom after approving her hire earlier this month.
Grafstrom served as Braham’s city administrator for over 2 years before accepting the new role in Mora.
The city’s hiring committee made the suggestion to the council where some were concerned with the short period that Grafstrom had with Braham.
The hiring committee stated that they were content with Grafstrom qualifications and previous experience and believed her to be the best candidate for the position.
The council approved of the hiring by a vote of three to two.
