A three car crash in Isanti County sent multiple people, including two children, to the hospital Thursday evening.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Dodge minivan and a Mazda were traveling eastbound on Highway 95 in North Branch Township when the Mazda attempted to make a left turn onto 310th Avenue Northeast. The minivan failed to bypass and struck the Mazda, sending it into the westbound lane before being struck by an oncoming Toyota Camry.
All three occupants of the Camry were transported to Cambridge Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries with the driver of the minivan being transported to Regions. All three occupants of the Mazda, including children ages two and less than one, were transported to Regions and the Children's Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
