Ogilvie man sentenced in sexual misconduct case

A 49-year-old Ogilvie man was sentenced to 14 years and 4 months in prison on Monday in Isanti County Court after being convicted of one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.


According to the criminal complaint, a report was made to the Isanti County Sheriff’s Office regarding disclosure of sexual assault made by juvenile in May of 2020. The victim disclosed that, during November or December of 2019, her father, William Pike, touched her while watching a movie.


The complaint also states the sexual assault occurred when the victim’s mother was sporadically away.


Conditional release for Pike has been set at 10 years.
