The Chisago County Sheriff's Office has identified the suspect as 26-year-old Tyler Hiland, who is being held in the Chisago County Jail awaiting formal charges of 1st Degree Assault.
The victims were last listed in stable condition.

Two Chisago County residents are in critical condition following a stabbing in the Sunrise Township Monday.
According to law enforcement, the Chisago County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from the victim stating he and his wife were stabbed by their adult son in their shared around 6:05 p.m.
Both victims were stabbed multiple times and sustained critical injuries; they were transported to trauma centers.
The suspect is in custody at the Chisago County Jail.
The Chisago County Sheriff's Office says that investigators are still processing the scene, and more information will be released as it becomes available.
