A 51-year-old Shakopee man died in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Mille Lacs County on Monday.
According to the state patrol crash report, a Kia Sorento was traveling northbound on Highway 23 near 50th Avenue in Borgholm Township around 2:30 p.m.
The vehicle went off the road, colliding into the trees.
The Kanabec County Sheriff’s Office, Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office, and the Ogilvie and Milaca fire departments responded to the scene.
