Bombers Fall in Semi-Finals
A new section for the Braham Bombers volleyball squad means new opponents as well. Braham met one of those opponents in the semi-final on Tuesday night. The six-seed Bombers earned the right to travel to White Bear Lake to face to two-seed Liberty Classical Academy Lions after defeating the third-seed, Heritage Christian Academy. North Branch Falls to Grand Rapids in Section Semi Final
North Branch hosted Grand Rapids on Monday night.
These two teams had played twice during the regular season, something that doesn't happen to often. The first meeting was in late August, when the Thunderhawks won the match in 5 sets. Mora Public Schools faces substitute bus driver shortage
Mora Public Schools is experiencing a significant shortage of substitute school bus drivers. According to a notice from Chip Brandt, the district's director of transportation, the shortage means that if even one of the regular drivers is unavailable, an entire route may be left temporarily without coverage.
