Braham Flies Past the Rebels

The Lady Bombers hosted Moose Lake-Willow River on Monday night.

The Bombers started the final week of the regular season at home. They were able to celebrate the seniors, all five of them.

But as the game started, it was all Braham all the time. Their offense was unstoppable and the defense gave no ground to gain. They also had a plethora of takeaways and held the Rebels to 9 first half points. The Bombers continued their dominance the entire half and at the break they lead 42-9.

In the 2nd half, the Bombers were able to put their JV squad for some really good varsity minutes. The varsity squad did start the half, but in only a few minutes they were able to make those substitutions. The JV players did a great job defensively, holding MLWR to 11 2nd half points. The 2nd half was running clock and this saw the game come to a close with Braham winning 60-20.

The Bombers will finish up the regular season on Thursday at Barnum.
