Foley came into the game with an impressive 17-2 record and ranked third in the QRF in Class AA. Braham also had a great record. Pine City hosted Braham on Tuesday night. Both teams got off to a decent start, but Pine City was able to match the pace that the Bombers set. This allowed the Dragons to keep the game close. You could sense Pine City had found some belief in their team, understanding they could stick with any team they faced. It was a back and forth battle, but turnovers started to pile up for Pine City, which Braham was able to capitalize on.

This time during Christmas break, and as the game began it seemed like the early start time along with it being in the middle of Xmas break, gave these teams some rust to knock off.

The Braham Bomber girls traveled to Milaca to face the Wolves in a matchup of two of the top-tiered teams in our area on Tuesday night. Both teams came into the night at 5-2 while playing very difficult schedules. Milaca threw the first punch starting the game on a 13-2 run. Football playoffs started on Tuesday night all over the state of Minnesota. Chisholm traveled to Braham to face the Bombers in a 2-7 matchup in Section 7A. These two teams faced off earlier in the season with Braham coming away with the victory over the Bluestreaks. The game started with Braham taking control early. Scoring twice on the ground.
