According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Ford Ranger traveling southbound on Highway 169 lost control, went through the median and into oncoming northbound traffic around 7:20 a.m.
The crash occurred in Livonia Township, near Zimmerman.
The driver of the Ranger was identified as 41-year-old Milaca resident Kimberly Woods. The driver of the Mack truck involved in the collision was not injured.
