The Highway 65 left-turn lane project at Ninth Street in Mora will start construction on Monday.
Mora Public Schools is asking drivers to avoid that intersection while work is in progress.
Incoming traffic should use Maple Avenue to Wood Street for access to Ninth Street during the project.
Vehicles leaving from Mora Elementary and High Schools should travel west on Ninth Street and use Wood Street to Maple Avenue for Highway 65 access.
The project is a collaboration between the city of Mora and MnDOT, and is expected to be complete by the end of October.
