Snowmobile and Car Collide in Princeton

A vehicle and a snowmobile were involved in a crash in Mille Lacs County Saturday morning.


According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a Volkswagen was traveling eastbound on Highway 95 in Princeton Township when a Polaris snowmobile attempted to cross at the 100th Avenue intersection.


The Volkswagen attempted to miss the snowmobile but the two ended up colliding at the intersection.


The driver of the snowmobile, a 50-year-old male from Monticello, was sent to the St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Volkswagen suffered minor injuries.
